Booking Process

Let's take a stroll through our booking process. 

Complete Our Inquiry Form

When you are ready to discuss booking us for your event, fill out the Inquiry Form which gives us all of the basic information needed for your event.

Discussing the Details

Once we have received your Inquiry Form, we will email you to confirm our availability for your date. Once confirmed, we will discuss the design you are going for and flavor(s) in more depth. 

If a phone call or in-person consultation is needed, we will schedule that with you.

Tastings - only offered for Weddings

If you are planning a wedding, we do offer tastings once per month and would be happy to get you on the schedule. Tastings can be picked up in Blue Ridge or shipped directly to your door!

Deposit, Contract, and Detail Form

Once we have all the details finalized, we will email you an invoice.

Deposits are required for weddings and large orders. All other orders must be paid in-full. 50% of payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

 

If you're getting married, you will also receive a Contract to sign digitally and a "Wedding Details" form which gives us important information like your Vendor List and Emergency Contacts.

Sit Back and Relax! 

Once you've reached this point, you can sit back and let us handle the rest! 

We will confirm pick up/delivery times several days prior for all special event orders, and approximately one month prior for all wedding clients.
